6. Training and Certification Disclaimer

Training Day provides educational and informational content intended to support workplace safety and compliance efforts.

Completion of training does not guarantee:

  • OSHA compliance

  • Regulatory approval

  • Employment qualification

  • Certification acceptance by third parties

Employers remain responsible for:

  • Site-specific training

  • Competency verification

  • Regulatory compliance

7. User Conduct
