4. Course Enrollment & Completion

Enrollment in a course grants you access to course materials for the duration specified within the platform.

Training Day LLC does not guarantee:

Certification acceptance by employers or external agencies

Skill proficiency

Job placement or advancement

Course completion certificates reflect training participation and are not professional licensure.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments for courses, subscriptions, or services are final unless otherwise stated.

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

Duplicate billing

System errors preventing course access

A formal written request reviewed and approved by Training Day LLC

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in behavior that:

Harasses or harms instructors or other learners

Interferes with platform operations

Uploads malicious software

Violates intellectual property laws

Misuses forums, comments, or collaborative features

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate account termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All Training Day content—including text, videos, images, graphics, logos, course structures, downloadable materials, and training modules—is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not use Training Day’s intellectual property without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Links & Integrations

Training Day may contain links or integrations to third-party platforms, apps, or tools.
We do not endorse or control third-party content and are not responsible for:

Accuracy

Accessibility

Security

Privacy practices

Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

9. System Availability

Training Day strives for reliable uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may suspend the Services for maintenance, updates, security improvements, or unforeseen outages.

Training Day LLC is not liable for data loss or service interruption.

Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business

Malware, unauthorized access, or breaches originating from your device or network

Decisions or actions taken based on course content or recommendations

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Services is discontinuing use of the platform.
