Refund Policy

Refund and Credit Policy

Effective Date: May 2026

At Training Day, we are committed to providing high-quality EHS, compliance, and industry training services. Due to the digital nature of our courses, certifications, downloadable materials, and learning management services, all purchases are considered final.

No Refund Policy

Training Day does not provide refunds for:

  • Online training courses

  • Certification programs

  • Subscription services

  • LMS access

  • Digital downloads

  • Course bundles

  • Employer training programs

  • Mobile application purchases

Once access to training content or services has been granted, payments are non-refundable.

Billing Error Credits

In the event Training Day determines that a billing error, duplicate charge, or processing error has occurred, Training Day may issue an account credit at its sole discretion.

Approved credits:

  • Will be applied to the customer’s Training Day account

  • May be used toward future purchases, subscriptions, or training services

  • Have no cash value

  • Are non-transferable

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash or returned to the original payment method unless required by law

Chargeback and Dispute Policy

Users are encouraged to contact Training Day directly to resolve billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a financial institution.

Training Day reserves the right to:

  • Suspend account access during disputes

  • Revoke certifications obtained through disputed transactions

  • Deny future purchases or access for fraudulent claims
